Turning a Quality Pen Demo

The Demonstration for April was by Brian and Tamara Brown on Turning Quality Pens We of course had our instant gallery with prizes for both Silver and Gold categories The Members challenge was an “Easter Egg” the prizes for the best Easter egg were given out to the participating members. The Demos and discussion were a lot of fun hope to see you at the next one.

Dean Nelson Trees

 Thanks to everyone that made our last get together a success. We had an excellent demonstration by Dean Nelson on making Christmas tree ornaments of Christmas trees. 
     I was excited to see the excellent work that showed up in the instant gallery.  I was a little disappointed that we did not get to hear a little info from each of the participations in the instant gallery so I could have learned a little bit more about the pieces.  Next time we should plan for a little more time on the instant gallery.  I have posted the winners and the honorable mentions here on the website, be sure to check them out here  
    Remember this April 2nd Brian & Tamara Brown will present Quality Pens Start to Finish at 7:00pm at EITC Building #2  rm 207 A.  We will have the instant Gallery as well as the Members Challenge.  This Month’s Challenge for full members is to turn an Easter Egg.
